To tell you a little about this company, I can share with you that we are GROWING and looking for talented working Foreman to make sure our field operations continue to be first class. Most of our work is ground up construction, with the focus on quality production and speed of install.
We are looking for team-focused individuals that are ready to be immediate contributors to an already solid team.
About the role:
- As a Foreman, you would be a WORKING Foreman (we have no role for someone to merely walk the job and wants to point and direct fitters)
- Fire Sprinkler Foreman is responsible for the installation of commercial ground up construction of fire protection systems
- Systems include: wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems; as well as fire pumps and backflow devices
- You must be able to speak English (Bilingual is great)
Who we’re looking for:
- We are looking for someone that is interested in a long term career.
- Someone who can respectfully navigate the dynamics of ground up construction projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Read and understand construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities
- Willing to work Overtime
- Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.

- Inexperienced fitters that think they can be a foreman after just a few years in the trade.
