About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman/Facilities Maintenance Worker to help maintain and repair our facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience performing general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting building systems, and completing repairs in a safe and efficient manner. Knowledge of HVAC systems is highly desirable, although HVAC certification is not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance on rooftop units
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Complete work orders related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with HVAC equipment and coordinate with licensed contractors when necessary.
- Maintain grounds and outdoor areas, including basic landscaping and cleanup.
- Set up and move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report maintenance concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.

Salary:
$45,000-$50,000 based on experience and certifications.
