We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled In-Ground Swimming Pool Builder to lead and execute pool projects.
Job Description:
As an In-Ground Swimming Pool Builder, you will play a crucial role in constructing pools from initial layout to final grade. You must be proficient in one or all of the following pool construction types: fiberglass, vinyl liner, and gunite. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of pool projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform various stages of pool construction including plumbing, concrete work, shell drop, wall assembly, and rebar installation depending on the type of pool
- Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in constructing in-ground swimming pools, specifically with fiberglass, vinyl liner, and/or gunite
- Proficiency in all aspects of pool construction including plumbing, concrete work, and structural assembly
- Strong understanding of construction safety and standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a company vehicle will be provided for transportation to and from job sites)
