A well-established and growing Florida medical group is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient practice in Holiday, Florida. Position Highlights
- Competitive base salary plus performance incentives
- 100% outpatient practice
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No overnight shifts or after-hours responsibilities
- Minimal call rotation
- Average of only 15 patients per day
- Small, manageable patient panel

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior Medicare Advantage patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Emphasize preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic disease management
- Build long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to improving patient outcomes
- Deliver high-quality care within a value-based care model
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Value-based care experience preferred
- Passion for caring for the senior population
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
