Healthcare Company in Suffolk County is seeking a Director of Guest Relations.
The ideal candidate MUST have Customer Service/hotel management experience.
Management and customer service or hospitality experience is required.
This person will have a key role in enhancing superior customer service.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate and comfortable with people
Requirements:
- Equivalent work experience in Guest Relations managing staff preferred
- Hospitality experience required
- Experience in high-level client service
- Superior commitment to service
- High degree of empathy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Develop, implement and facilitate ongoing training's inclusive of hospitality standards, standard operating procedures and service skills
- Create new hire and on-boarding training plan for all new Guest Relation team members
The ideal candidate:
- Should be highly motivated and energetic
- Have a deep understanding of the nuts-and-bolts of the hospitality industry
- Have a proven track record of building and managing high performing teams — experience motivating and managing a team remotely is a big plus
- Thrive in a service-oriented role and love working with people
- Are comfortable setting up, documenting, and communicating new processes
- Have strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Are outgoing, energetic and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Are computer-savvy and up-to-date with online tools that could prove useful for this role
- Believe in teamwork
- Are rapidly expanding and providing opportunities for our staff to grow with us
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
