We are seeking an Associate Dentist to step into a thriving, high-volume patient base. This position is a direct leadership and ownership track, specifically designed for an ambitious clinician ready to transition from associateship to practice ownership within 1 year.
This is not just an associate role. You will immediately inherit an active patient chart load.
- Full-time clinical associateship to integrate with the patient base, team, and workflow.
- Structured, legally defined option to purchase the practice entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care.
- Formulate and present clear, patient-centric treatment plans.
- Lead and collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient communication.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school.
- Active, unrestricted New York State dental license.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry.
- Clear entrepreneurial mindset and desire for practice ownership.

Pay: $190,502.77 - $229,422.69 per year
