Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our organization’s programs and initiatives to residents and local businesses
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to inform residents about political initiatives and gather signatures for petitions
- Utilize excellent communication skills to persuade and motivate individuals to support campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and campaign progress using provided tools or databases
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about campaign goals, messaging strategies, and legal guidelines
Qualifications
- Preferred previous experience, but not required, in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or telemarketing
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue campaign goals
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and working smart phone required
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Live in Arizona
