Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional service throughout their stay
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Conduct nightly audits to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and ensure accuracy of billing information
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel security protocols during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Fold laundry at nighttime to assist morning staff
- Assist Breakfast team to maintain breakfast standards and quality
- Respond to emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures while maintaining calm and clear communication with guests and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and night audit processes
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety
- Prior experience with resort or hotel management is preferred but not required
