Brother Jon's Public House is a local's pub/restaurant on the Westside of Bend. We are looking for a chef to help lead our current crew of 15 people in the kitchen. We are almost fully staffed, but now need a solid leader to get the most out of who we have.
Generally we try to make everything in house. We have a smoker on premise for most of our meats. House-made dressings, local breads, NW meats, daily specials. Feel free to be creative!
Chef's role are the usual duties...hiring/firing, training, food ordering, scheduling, proper rotations, sanitation, and keeping the kitchen open and running.
