What You’ll Do
- Provide empathetic, evidence-based counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges and goals.
- Conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and connect clients with community resources when needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care.
- Lead or contribute to wellness workshops, support groups, and educational events.
- Stay up to date on the latest best practices in social work and mental health care.
What We’re Looking For
- Active LCSW, LMFT or LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada.
- A deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and skill.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other modalities is a plus.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and healing environment for all clients.
- Prior exposure to or general understanding of holistic healing modalities (i.e. reiki), preferred.
