Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Lead all recruiting efforts for the company across multiple professional disciplines.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Research the talent market to identify experienced professionals whose skills align with MP Design Group’s strategic growth objectives.
Utilize a variety of recruiting methods, including networking, referrals, professional organizations, LinkedIn, and direct outreach, to attract top talent.
Maintain ongoing relationships with industry professionals to develop a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Represent MP Design Group at university career fairs, recruiting events, industry conferences, and networking functions.
Build relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to strengthen recruiting efforts.
Employee Onboarding Success
Own the entire onboarding experience for every new employee.
- Ensure each new hire is fully prepared before their first day, including: Office or workspace assignment, computer and technology setup, software licensing and system access, company apparel and welcome materials, security credentials/administrative paperwork, orientation scheduling
Coordinate with department managers to ensure new employees have the resources needed to become productive immediately.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all new employees during their first 30 days.
Conduct regular check-ins throughout the onboarding period to identify and resolve issues before they become obstacles.
Monitor onboarding milestones and work closely with supervisors to maximize employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
HR Administration & Benefits
Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and third-party HR service providers.
Manage relationships with employee benefit vendors, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance providers, 401(k) plan administrators, Life and disability insurance provider, other employee benefit programs
Culture & Employee Experience
Help foster a positive, high-performance company culture.
Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Assist with employee development initiatives and retention strategies.
Support leadership in creating an exceptional workplace experience from recruitment through long-term employment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or employee relations.
Experience coordinating employee benefits and working with third-party HR vendors is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern recruiting platforms.
