We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals at St Luke Portage Lakes in Akron, OH. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff.
Participate in care planning and goal setting to ensure individualized care.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere among patients, families, and staff.
Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio.
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
