Charlesbank Estates is seeking a hard-working, reliable maintenance/make-ready technician in Waltham, MA.
The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants and ensure that each apartment is clean, safe and in good working condition before move in.
* Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants
* Complete apartment make-ready and punch-list work
* Repair or replace doors, locks, fixtures, appliances and other apartment items
* Assist with cleaning and removing debris from vacant apartments
*Assist with general maintenance tasks
* Individual should be service-minded and take pride in work.
* Strong attention to detail
* Regularly scheduled hours: Monday-Friday
* Valid driver's license is required to drive maintenance vehicles
Compensation starting at $20 per hour, with the opportunity for higher pay depending on experience and qualifications.
