Banquet Service Staff (Hourly)
Banquet Service Staff provide essential operational support during private and large-scale events at The Attic at Waterman’s, Festival on 8th, The Shack, and select off-site venues. This role is primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays, scheduled based on event needs.
Key Responsibilities
Event Support & Setup

Arrive on time and event-ready to support setup, service flow, and overall event execution.

Assist bartenders with bar preparation, including stocking supplies, ice, glassware, and equipment.

Support bar operations during events to ensure efficient, uninterrupted service.

Organize, return, and maintain service equipment and supplies throughout and after events.
Service Assistance

Maintain buffet stations by replenishing food, monitoring presentation, and ensuring consistent quality.

Support banquet servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting service areas.

Respond promptly to spills or broken items, maintaining a safe and polished event environment.
Venue Standards & Cleanliness

Assist with dishwashing and proper handling of dishes and glassware at select venues.

Maintain cleanliness and organization across event spaces, service stations, and back-of-house areas.

Participate in event breakdowns and post-event cleanup to ensure venues are left event-ready.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis.

Comfortable navigating stairs and standing for extended periods.

Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume event settings.
Schedule & Availability

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Availability for large-scale events and peak holiday weekends is essential.
