Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our district. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, business development, and process improvement. This role requires strategic planning and project management abilities to drive profitability and operational excellence across all assigned sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team in a fast-paced, friendly, environment.
- Supervise station Managers and help them resolve staff concerns.
- Responsible for managing several locations.
- Oversee completion of all required day-to-day paperwork, audits, and deposits.
- Verify Managers are ordering and receive merchandise utilizing ordering guidelines.
- Engage in all company promotional initiatives.
- Ensuring the location is always adequately staffed, with all shifts covered
- Ensure each location is maintaining a clean, customer friendly store environment.
- Verify convenience store has the right products and supplies to ensure product availability.
- Recruiting, training, and building associates
- Controlling payroll hours, cash control, conduct store audits and monitor inventory shrinkage
- Maintaining high level of customer service within the district through personal interactions with associates and customers
- Training and develop hourly and management associates within assigned district
- Enforcing image standards, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
- Enforcing the highest quality and performance of our food service program.
- Recruit, interview and hire Store Managers and Sales Associates.
- Handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Report and manage environmental and maintenance concerns.
- Work closely with other DMs to maintain open lines of communication and consistencies in daily operations.
- Coordinate seasonal changes such as landscaping, painting, and repairs.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
