- Position title: LVN
- Position hours/shifts: 12-hour shift; Night shift, full time /part time
- Pay rate/salary: Dependent upon experience and licensing
Essential job function and qualifications:
- To check and monitor the client’s vital signs, ensuring patient safety and well-being
- Assess the severity of client's withdrawal using the CIWA or COWS scale
- To assess and monitor the client's sleep and nutritional needs throughout the detoxification period Educate patients about addiction, withdrawal, and the recovery process.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
