Small Batch Production Associate
Location: Longmont, CO
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour (DOE)

Our company creates high-quality, small-batch products including candles, bath and body products, room sprays, and essential oil blends. Every product is made with attention to detail, consistency, and care.
Responsibilities
- Hand-pour and produce soy candles
- Manufacture bath bombs, bath salts, room sprays, and essential oil blends
- Follow recipes and production procedures with accuracy
- Measure, mix, label, and package finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
- Monitor inventory and communicate production needs
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of production or manufacturing experience required (small-batch production experience preferred)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality work
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
