Maintenance Position
Location: Ricky Rockets Fuel Center - 4400 N. Harlem Ave. Norridge, IL, 60706
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team in Norridge, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in general handyman tasks, cleaning, power washing, and janitorial duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment.
- Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct routine cleaning and janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness of the facility.
- Operate power washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces effectively.
- Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance worker.
- Strong cleaning and janitorial skills.
- Experience with power washing equipment and techniques.
- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including minor repairs.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
