This is not complicated work—but it does require consistency and attention to detail. This is not a mindless “push a mower” job.

Clean Air Lawn Care is an all-electric, organic lawn care company. We provide high-quality, quiet, chemical-free service and take pride in doing things the right way.
We use pay-for-performance, which means:
- The more efficient you are, the more you get paid
- You’re rewarded for improving your speed and quality
- Top crew members earn $25/hour+
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing lawn care jobs (mowing, trimming, blowing, etc.)
- Working outdoors in normal weather conditions
- Following quality standards and finishing jobs fully (not halfway)
What Matters Most
- Consistency – you show up when you say you will
- Self-starting – you work at a steady pace without supervision
- Attention to detail – jobs are actually finished, not rushed
- Communication – you speak up when something’s off, and respond when someone reaches out
This is NOT a good fit if:
- You frequently call off or show up late
- You rush jobs and leave things unfinished
- You need constant reminders to stay on task
Schedule
- 4 days per week, ~10-hour days
- Most weeks = 3-day weekend
- No Sundays
