Client Solutions Specialist – Home Staging & Design
Client Solutions Specialist – Turn Confused Homeowners Into Confident Sellers
Most clients don’t wake up thinking, “I need staging.”They wake up stressed that their home isn’t selling, their listing isn’t standing out, or they don’t know what to do next.
At The Staging Company, we don’t hand them a pitch. We give them a plan.
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you are the guide who turns uncertainty into clarity. You’ll connect with homeowners, agents, and builders, listen to their story, and recommend clear, tailored staging and design solutions that help their homes sell faster and for more money.
You’re not just “taking calls.” You’re building a book of business where every moment earns the next one.
Your Mission
Your mission is simple: help clients see a path forward and take the next step. You’ll use structured outbound outreach to start conversations, then turn those conversations into previews, proposals, and long-term relationships.
You’ll:
- Make 50+ outbound calls a day to homeowners, agents, and builders so your calendar—and pipeline—fill with real conversations, not random hustle.
- Use our decision-tree style scripts (map, not cage) to quickly uncover who has a real reason to move a home in the next 90 days.
- Qualify and book property previews and design walkthroughs that lead into tailored proposals.
- Guide clients through our Home Story Method so they understand exactly how clarity, connection, and flow help their listing stand out.
- Present clear, custom proposals that feel helpful—not high pressure—and schedule a real next step every time.
- Keep every opportunity moving by treating every touchpoint as a launch pad for the next one, not a “nice chat.”
What Winning Looks Like
Winning in this role is about consistent action inside a proven plan—not hype or hope.
You’ll know you’re winning when:
- Your daily outbound system creates a steady flow of conversations, previews, and proposals.
- Clients tell you “that finally makes sense” because your recommendations are clear and tailored.
- You can point to a healthy pipeline in HubSpot, with deals mapped from conversation to preview to proposal to decision—not stuck in “maybe.”
- You’re turning first-time clients into repeat agents, referrals, and decorating opportunities—not one-off transactions.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Run a cascading outbound system, not random prospecting: every call earns a next step (preview, follow-up, or clean disqualification).
- Have real diagnostic conversations—asking the right questions to uncover urgency, timeline, and decision-makers.
- Host and attend events, lunch-and-learns, coffees, and office drop-ins, treating each as a multiplier that must end with specific follow-up actions.
- Create and present 15–20 tailored proposals per week based on actual property previews and client goals.
- Use HubSpot and GSuite to keep your pipeline visible, organized, and measurable—no deals drifting in “I’ll think about it.”
- Partner with operations and design so the client experience from sale to install feels seamless.
The Toolkit You Bring
- Unmatched confidence and calm under pressure—you can guide decisions without shying away or turning into a hard closer
- Strong communication skills: you listen first, ask real questions, and explain options in plain language.
- Natural empathy paired with discipline—you care about people, and you care about hitting your numbers.
- High ownership mindset: you like having a plan, you run the plan, and you measure your own activity.
- Comfort with tech: HubSpot, Google Workspace, and basic CRM workflows come easily to you.
Minimum Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma (preferred).
- 2+ years in a client-facing sales, service, or consultative role (retail, real estate support, design sales, or similar).
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and structured activity targets.
