PAY & EARNINGS
Average Weekly Pay: $1,600+
Average Annual Earnings: $78,000+
Mileage pay based on experience:
- 0–6 months: $0.60 CPM
- 6–12 months: $0.61 CPM
- Up to 2 years: $0.62 CPM
- 2–3 years: $0.63 CPM
- 3–5 years: $0.64 CPM
- 5+ years: $0.65–$0.68 CPM
Additional pay includes:
- $30 Stop Pay
- $30 Backhaul Pay
- $20/hour Detention Pay
- $20/hour Breakdown Pay
- $20 Holiday Pay Rate
- $100 Driver Safety Bonus
- $75 Trainer Pay
HOME DAILY
This is a true home-daily dedicated position.
Available schedules:
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Start times between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night-shift operation
- Home after your route

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Drivers operate dedicated linehaul routes supporting a major parcel/distribution network.
- Dedicated routes
- Distribution center to distribution center
- No-touch freight
- Primarily drop & hook
- Some live load/unload
- Pick up and deliver trailers between distribution centers
- Consistent parcel/package freight
- Midwest operating area including Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky & Michigan

HIRING AREA
Drivers must live within approximately a 40-minute commute of Groveport, OH.
✅ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Have experience operating a 48' or 53' trailer
- Have at least 12 months of qualifying experience within the last 3 years
- Be able to pass the required road test
- Meet company driving record and safety standards
- Complete DOT physical/capability requirements
- Pass required drug screening
- Have or obtain a HazMat endorsement — reimbursement available
Military driving experience alone does not satisfy the required tractor-trailer experience requirement.
IMPORTANT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants should have a stable and safety-conscious driving history.
Applicants may not qualify with:
- A rollover accident at any time
- A ran-off-the-roadway accident at any time
- Careless or reckless driving within the past 5 years
- A DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
- A failed or refused drug/alcohol test
- A previous termination resulting from an accident
