Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients in various healthcare settings. With premium experience in long-term care and critical care environments, you will support patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status using EMR and EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in catheter care and other medical procedures as directed.
- Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care.
