JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee the house accounts to ensure PM contracts are accurate and updated periodically. Analyze customer agreements to ensure profitable to company. Assist sales with requested quotes. Manage the day to day operations of our key account. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare customer quotes for requested projects, transition to dispatch upon approval
Ø Perform month end closing processes (unbilled costs, trailing costs, transfer costs)
Ø Provide & Utilize reports indicating department status (open PM’s/WO’s, Open PO’s, Invoice Ready, Full Coverage, etc.)
Ø Provide client profit analysis when contracts set to expire or when requested
Ø Analyze customer profitability to maintain target margins
Ø Open purchase orders in Sampro for work orders - both
Ø Coordinate with customers to increase Not To Exceed amounts
Ø Obtain all necessary purchase orders / approvals from customers for work being performed
Ø Monitor open work orders and ensure they are closed within 30 days
Ø Prepare billing for completed work orders
Ø Open PM contracts in Sampro
Ø Review all open work orders and ensure they are complete and billed timely
Ø Prepare quotes for customers and obtain approvals
Ø Oversee key accounts while working with dispatch to cover customer calls
Ø Support sales with proposal tracking
Ø Provice dispatch back up as needed
Ø Work with Account Executives to create estimates and proposals
Ø Weekly Payroll input and review
Ø Track the proposal approval ratio
Ø Follow up on outstanding proposals
Ø Regular attendance and timeliness
Ø Support Management with designated tasks and projects assigned
Ø Positive attitude towards management, employees and customers
Ø Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Ø Prior 6 years of experience required
Ø Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
Ø Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Pay: $68,640.00 - $75,000.00 per year
