Job Summary
We are seeking a sales guide to join our team! People new to sales or just looking for a change of pace are welcome to apply. This job has a base hourly payment + per deal commission. Room for growth! Hours at the dealership are Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday from 11AM-4PM. Pay starts at $15/hr + $25 per vehicle sales bonus paid weekly! $750 minimum weekly guarantee No previous sales experience is needed the #1 most important thing is punctuality and showing up ready to tackle the day!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the lot that are looking for vehicles
- Assist with answering the phones
- Assist customers with gathering the correct stips (proof of income, residency, etc)
- Answer basic questions to assist the customer in making their vehicle purchase choice
- Utilize our dealer management software (you will be trained, no previous experience required)
- Assist manager in maintaining a clean lot and workspace, this means helping from time to time to move vehicles and go on test drives with customers
Skills
- Must be punctual - the team will be relying on you to be present
- Strong personal skills as we will be talking to customers
- Spanish speaking is a major +++
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
