Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Chicago, IL (onsite for first month, then hybrid 3 days in office/week)
Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 annually
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in event planning or recruiting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (OT as needed)
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:

Organizing/managing the firm's summer internship program and fall interviewing process (planning events for summer associates, coordinating travel for law school candidates, managing students involved in summer and fall agendas, communicating with top law schools to secure on-campus interview dates).
- Assist Managing Partners in planning and implementing recruiting initiatives (preparing recruiting reports, marketing materials, setting up interviews and travel for prospective new hires, and communicating with law schools).
- Provide administrative assistance to the Recruiting team at large, managing the firm’s internal database of candidates.
- Ensuring timely/professional correspondence with potential candidates, law schools, and vendors.
Position Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must have an outgoing personality, professional appearance, superior work ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people skills.
Law firm experience is a plus.
