LOCAL CDL A - FLATBED
We are seeking an experienced CDL Class a Flatbed Driver to join our supply chain logistics team. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, reliable, and committed to timely deliveries. Moffett experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants, retail stores, and distribution centers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to delivery schedules.
- Use onboard systems to document each stage of the delivery process.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Operate Moffett equipment for loading/unloading (training provided if needed).
- Verify delivery instructions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDL truck driver (flatbed).
- Moffett experience is a plus — training available.
- Familiarity with GPS, AVL units, and other electronic logging devices.
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Clean driving record with no recent violations.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Valid CDL license.

Sign-On Bonus – $2,500 Total
Structured to support retention and long-term commitment:
- $500 after 30 days
- $1,000 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 6 months
- “Ready-to-Work” onboarding bonus: $250.00 paid if the driver is fully onboarded and dispatch-ready within 18 days
