Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing AI insurance technology platform. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Chinese, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
The position will support our digital marketing, social media operations, brand content, website updates, and user growth initiatives across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Official Account.
- Create, edit, and publish social media content, including graphics, short videos, Reels, and marketing posts.
- Assist with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, SEO, website updates, and online brand visibility.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, and other AI or marketing tools to improve content quality and workflow efficiency.
- Support online campaigns, email marketing, brand promotions, and lead-generation activities.
- Track marketing performance data and prepare regular reports on content performance, audience growth, engagement, website traffic, and user inquiries.
- Work closely with the team to develop creative marketing ideas and improve brand awareness.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat.
- Basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and able to execute tasks efficiently.
- Interest in AI tools, digital marketing, insurance technology, and startup growth.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $4,500–$6,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available, including quarterly bonus, year-end bonus, and employee recognition awards.
