Why Back of the House Inc. – Super Duper Burgers?
Back of the House connects experienced hospitality leaders with a distinct family of restaurant brands, each with its own identity, standards, and culture. Rather than placing leaders into a single mold, we focus on aligning talent with environments where they can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
Our fast-casual family of brands includes some of Northern California’s most recognizable and well-loved concepts, Super Duper Burgers, Uno Dos Tacos, The Bird, and After Work Bar. Each brand operates with its own personality and loyal following, united by a shared commitment to food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence.
Joining Back of the House means becoming part of a broader network of restaurants that value strong operators, thoughtful leadership, and long-term development. Our approach is relationship driven. We take time to understand our leaders’ strengths, experience, and career goals, then connect them with brands and teams where those qualities are most valued.
We believe great fast-casual restaurants are built by hands-on leaders who take ownership, set the tone for their teams, and consistently raise the bar. Leaders across our portfolio are supported through shared resources, training, and coaching, while still maintaining the autonomy and identity of the restaurant they lead.
If you are looking for more than a single role and instead want access to a family of respected fast-casual brands with room to grow, Back of the House offers a pathway designed around people, potential, and long-term fit.
Our Fast-Casual portfolio includes:
Super Duper Burgers, Uno Dos Tacos, The Bird, and After Work Bar
