Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Brand Representative:
- Connect with customers face-to-face and over the phone to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and telecom needs, then match them with the perfect AT&T solution.
- Present and sell AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment packages with confidence, clarity, and a touch of charm.
- Build trust and rapport by delivering a personalized experience that makes customers feel heard, valued, and excited about their new services.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups using our easy-to-use CRM tools.
- Stay informed on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and competitive offers so you can speak with authority and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and guide customers through simple tech setups or escalations when needed.
- Represent El Paso Communications with professionalism, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others.
Essential Attributes of an AT&T Brand Representative:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience (retail, telecom, or customer service preferred)
- Tech-savvy mindset and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in our community

Pay: $40,845.71 - $49,190.53 per year
