Position Overview:
Our ideal candidate will work alongside the Master Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. This role supports curriculum implementation, builds positive relationships with children and families, and ensures compliance with high-quality program standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing programs curricula activities.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with the teaching team and families.
- Uphold NAEYC accreditation and Level 4 Paths to QUALITY® standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Passion for early childhood education and teamwork.
