Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Level A or B Technician who is passionate about servicing vehicles and committed to delivering dealership-level quality with independent shop efficiency. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives on advanced diagnostics, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections (DVI), diagnostics, and repairs on European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles
- Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Execute repairs with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic ability
- ASE certifications are a plus (increased compensation for certs)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Professional demeanor and commitment to high standards
