We manufacture and package liquid products for major national drug chains and mass merchandisers using equipment such as bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, and tube fillers.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and production efficiency in 4-day/week second shift (Noon till 10:30PM Monday - Thu). This role is responsible for machine repair, preventative maintenance, and line setup to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment
- Perform basic facilities maintenance
- Set up, adjust, and support filling and packaging lines
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Respond quickly to equipment issues to keep production running
- Assist with line changeovers and startups
- Maintain compliance with safety and GMP standards
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S)
- Fill in on production lines when necessary
- May assist in shipping and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or processing environment
- Experience with equipment setup and continuous production lines preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to read & write English
- Experience driving a forklift and other mobile equipment
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule
- 4-day/week Monday–Thursday: Noon-10:30PM (Initial Training Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM for a few weeks)
