We are looking for an experienced Hotel FD Agent. Prefer have Choices Comfort Inn experiences, Choice Advantage, Opera etc.
Responsibilities and Qualification
- Have hotels FD experiences, have guest service experiences
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Have Front desk Choice Advantage, Opera etc. PMS experiences, reservation, check in and check out gests, process payments
- Have Accounting, CLC, Corporate account routing experiences
- Work closely with the housekeeping team
- Watch guest accounts closely
- On call if needed
