Job Title: General Warehouse Associate (Pick & Pack)

Overview:
Tempo Fulfillment is seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners
- Pack orders securely and efficiently according to company standards
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery (labeling, staging, sorting)
- Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking inventory
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow company procedures for quality control and order accuracy
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs consistently
- Basic math and counting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Eligible to work in the USA
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or pick/pack experience
- Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse systems (WMS)
- Shipping/receiving experience
Schedule:
- Full-time (schedule to be discussed)
- Overtime may be available during peak periods
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
