Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options and financing solutions.

Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and dealership CRM tools.

Meet and exceed individual sales goals and dealership performance objectives.

Maintain current knowledge of Nissan products, features, incentives, and competitive vehicles.

Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations.

Collaborate with management, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership in a positive manner at all times.

Previous Automotive Sales Experience required; BDC experience will also be considered.
