We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash, Brow and Spray Tan Artist (EXPERIENCED) to elevate our clients’ beauty experience through expert eyelash extension, brow shaping, and other specialized cosmetic services. Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and other facial aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
- Spray Tanning
- Manage client consultations to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to health and safety standards across all procedures.
- Utilize salon management software through GlossGenius for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client records efficiently.
- Engage in social media management by showcasing work through photos and videos, promoting services, and attracting new clients through online platforms.
- Upsell retail products such as skincare lines, lash care items, or body treatments while providing excellent guest services.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on aftercare routines for optimal results.
- Stay informed about industry trends like hair extensions, tattooing techniques, hair styling, barbering skills including straight razor shaves, and advanced body treatments to continually enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Lash & Brow Artist or esthetician with expertise in eyelash extensions and brow shaping.
- Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties required.
- Strong knowledge of salon software such as GlossGenius for appointment management.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, nail care, chemical peels, dermabrasion procedures, deep tissue massage therapies, and other advanced treatments as needed.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe environment.
- Demonstrated sales skills with experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Experience working in a med spa or luxury salon setting preferred; hospitality background is a plus for guest engagement.
