Part Time Christian Preschool Teacher position is needed for the 2026-2027 school year. Hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 to 3:30 and Thursday from 8:30 to 1:00. Monthly paid staff meetings. Limited paid days off for personal or sick days. You will team-teach in both the Preschool I class and the Afternoon Enrichment class. Duties include but not limited to daily lesson planning during your lead teaching weeks in either classroom, outdoor learning classroom area, inside gross motor area during inclement weather, parent and teacher conferences, all school musical programs (2 per school year) with songs, fingerplays, movement, and creative art for decoration, monthly family newsletter, monthly bulletin boards, daily classroom cleaning, ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Lesson plans will include activities to encourage self help skills, cognitive development, fine motor skills development, socio-dramatic exploration, gross motor development, and creative art experiences daily. The preschool follows Tippecanoe School Corporation for most weather delays beginning one hour later as well as Fall Break and Spring Break. Criminal History background check is required. Certification in CPR and First Aid as well as an annual TB testing are paid for by the preschool. Would prefer teaching experience and college courses completed.
