Commercial Escrow Officer Responsibilities:

As the Commercial Escrow Officer, you will oversee the entire escrow process for complex commercial real estate transactions while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and transaction partners.

Manage commercial escrow transactions from opening through closing.

Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, developers, investors, and underwriters.

Prepare and review settlement statements, escrow instructions, closing packages, and related documentation.

Facilitate funding, wire transfers, payoffs, and final disbursements.

Resolve title and closing issues while partnering with underwriting and legal teams.

Ensure compliance with Texas regulations, underwriting guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain accurate transaction records and proactively communicate transaction status to all parties.

Successfully manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.

Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the closing process.
Commercial Escrow Officer Requirements:
Texas Escrow Officer License (required or strongly preferred)-
5+ years of commercial escrow or commercial title experience

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate closings and title insurance
