About the Job
Our client, a well-established contemporary womenswear retailer known for its curated assortment and elevated shopping experience, is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to support daily boutique operations. This individual will play an important role in leading the sales floor, assisting with operational responsibilities, and helping create an exceptional customer experience within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Provide leadership on the sales floor while delivering an elevated customer experience
- Coach and support the sales team to maintain strong service and sales standards
- Assist with merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining store presentation
- Support cash handling procedures, operational tasks, and daily store organization
- Help ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience with prior key holder, sales lead, or supervisory responsibilities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience within contemporary women's fashion or boutique retail is highly preferred
- Availability to work approximately 25–30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
