As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will help customers access high-quality OEM auto and truck parts from salvaged vehicles. You’ll build strong relationships and provide exceptional service across phone, email, and online channels. In this fast-paced environment, you will process orders, assist with part selection, and ensure accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.

What We Offer
Hourly wage of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. The hourly rate is just one of many elements that make up our Total Compensation package.

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer concerns, returns, exchanges, and complaints
- Maintain knowledge of parts, inventory, pricing, and interchange systems
Order Processing & Accuracy
- Review, validate, and process orders accurately
- Provide information on part availability, compatibility, pricing, and condition
- Recommend alternative or interchangeable parts when needed
- Coordinate with yards to resolve discrepancies
Sales & Retention
- Negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and order updates
- Provide solutions that support long-term customer satisfaction
Documentation & CRM Management
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Meet daily/weekly call volume, follow-up, and quote conversion goals
Vendor & Team Collaboration
- Contact vendors to source parts not in stock
- Work with yard teams and global staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
General Responsibilities
- Manage high inbound call volume and maintain response-time goals
- Maintain organization and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service experience required
- Automotive repair and/or auto parts knowledge preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with computer systems, phones, and CRM tools
Nice to Have – Preferred Qualifications
- Auto parts sales or automotive service experience
- Knowledge of interchange systems
- Experience in a fast-paced call center or parts department
- Bilingual skills
