Job Duties:
- Meet with clients to discuss their landscaping needs and vision
- Design custom landscapes, including plantings and hardscapes
- Create and present proposals using estimating software
- Coordinate project details with team members and clients
- Assist with project handoff and layout on-site
- Customer service, customer education, site walk through, warranty & ensure client satisfaction
- Annual sales goal of $1.2 million
- Assist with production and off-season snow removal
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape design and sales, or equivalent education in a related field
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and landscape construction practices, including hardscapes
- Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and digital estimating tools
- Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations
- Passionate about creating outdoor spaces that inspire and impress
Benefits:
- $85,000/yr - $150,000/yr compensation including commission, sales incentives and profit sharing. Pay is based on experience and performance.
