Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all daily warehouse operations in one of our Secaucus, NJ facilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, team-oriented, and experienced in leading a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing inbound/outbound activity, maintaining accurate inventories, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and outbound deliveries.
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance oversight, and task delegation.
- Maintain accurate client inventories using our online inventory management system, ensuring all assets are correctly labeled, photographed, and recorded.
- Coordinate with operations and project management teams to support relocations, MAC work, deliveries, and installations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of commercial furniture, equipment, and assets.
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards and conduct regular inspections and safety trainings.
- Oversee forklift and equipment usage, maintenance, and certifications.
- Implement workflow improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
- Manage warehouse supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment service schedules.
- Provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience (moving, logistics, or storage industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures.
- Experience using warehouse management systems or online inventory software.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach warehouse teams.
- OSHA and forklift certifications preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while overseeing warehouse operations.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds on an occasional or frequent basis as needed for warehouse activities.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and climb in the course of routine warehouse work.
Ability to operate or supervise the operation of warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies (with training provided).
Ability to work in varying temperatures typical of warehouse facilities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
