Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the service department team
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance
- Train and mentor service employees
- Maintain operational efficiency and productivity goals
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and service records
- Coordinate with other departments to improve operations
- Implement company policies and safety standards
- Prepare reports and track department performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in service management or leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- Knowledge of service operations and workflow management
- Proficiency with scheduling and management software
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience
