We are looking for an experienced repair technician to join our growing team.
Starting pay is $15/hr and increases based on experience, skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Computer diagnostics and repair
- Laptop repair
- Mobile device repair
- PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch repair
- Customer communication and repair updates
- Documentation of diagnostics and repairs
Requirements:
- Previous repair experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose hardware issues independently
- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- PS5 HDMI repair
- Mobile device repair
- Soldering
- Microsoldering
- Board-level diagnostics
