Reporting to the Director, Commercial Learning & Development in this newly created Associate Director, Commercial Learning & Development, Market Access Training role, you will be responsible for driving impact of Market Access, Field Reimbursement Manager, and Nurse Resource Navigator teams by providing on-going learning and educational programs. You will conduct training needs assessments, design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs. You will support product training as needed.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three (3) days of onsite work weekly. #LI-hybrid
Learning Strategy:

Own the development and implementation of tactical training plans for Market Access (National, Corporate and Regional Account) and Field Reimbursement Manager/Nurse Resource Navigator teams.
Subject Matter Expertise:

Maintain deep knowledge of reimbursement systems, prior authorizations, health economics and general market access channel dynamics.
Gap Analysis:
-
Identify team capabilities and knowledge gaps by partnering with commercial leaders and team members.
Curriculum Design:

Build comprehensive onboarding roadmaps and advanced continuous learning resources for Market Access, Field Reimbursement and Nurse Resource Navigator teams.
Content Lifecycle Management:

Oversee development, review, and compliance updates for training materials, workshops, and launch readiness programs.
Program Delivery:

Facilitate workshops at national in-person meetings and virtual training via Teams. Support Sales new hire training and delivers product training as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with legal, regulatory, compliance, medical affairs, marketing, and sales leadership to align strategy and tactics with training and keep training content updated and accurate.
Performance Assessment:

Identify skill gaps, track learning metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a related scientific, business, or educational discipline preferred.

Strong adult learning, instructional design, and project management experience are a plus.

5 to 8+ years combined experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, field sales, market access, account management, or commercial training.

Deep working knowledge of U.S. payer dynamics, health economics, and the healthcare reimbursement ecosystem.

Exceptional presentation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Travel Requirements:

Domestic travel may be required from time to time (up to 25%).
