.Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role supervises one team member and performs typical warehouse duties while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate is computer-proficient, experienced with inventory processes, and capable of operating a forklift. Prior certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations while supervising one warehouse associate.
- Perform standard warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (must have prior experience; previous certification is a plus).
- Use computers and warehouse systems for data entry, inventory management, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with additional tasks consistent with what has historically been required for this position.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Ability to supervise and guide one team member effectively.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with inventory software/systems.
- Forklift operation experience (past certification preferred).
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Compensation:
- Up to $23/hour, determined by skill level and experience.
Hours:
Monday through Friday – 8am to 4pm
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
