Company Overview
Stackable Wellness is a recovery, longevity, and wellness studio built with the consumer in mind. At Stackable Wellness, our commercial mantra is simple: we only sell to the customer what they actually need, and we never upsell a service that will not benefit them. As a locally-owned, non-franchised studio, we believe true sustainable growth comes from deep consumer trust, radical authenticity, and delivering real wellness outcomes. We are seeking an elite, relationally driven sales professional who hates high-pressure, sleazy sales tactics to become the commercial engine and culture champion of our studio floor.
Position Summary
As the Studio Sales Lead & Performance Specialist, you will lead authentic customer acquisition, dominate local popup events, and set the ultimate standard for relationship-based membership conversion. You will work hand-in-hand with our Studio Manager, acting as a floor mentor and sales trainer for our front-line staff via a dotted-line relationship while personally executing high-volume local outreach.
- Growth & Hours Opportunity: This role launches at 25–30 core hours scheduled per week. However, short-term opportunities exist immediately to expand your schedule. As our primary floor leader, you will have first-right-of-refusal to fill all open operational and sudden shift-coverage hours, typically bringing your workload to 35+ hours per week. This position features a direct strategic path to taking on permanent, expanded hours and broader operational responsibilities shortly after onboarding.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $22.50 / hour. Position is highly commission-driven.
- Uncapped Direct Commissions: High-earning percentage payouts on all memberships and packages closed personally on the floor or at events.
- Network Generation Commissions: Earn ongoing commissions on memberships and packages purchased by clients sourced directly through your localized networking, popups, and community partnerships—regardless of who processes the final transaction at the front desk.
- Team Performance Overrides: Financial overrides based on total sales volume achieved by the staff members you mentor.
- Milestone Performance Bonuses: One-time cash payouts linked directly to studio-wide monthly revenue milestones.

2. Staff Training & Support (Dotted-Line Mentorship)
- Staff Training: Develop high-integrity selling scripts and run regular 1-on-1 mock customer consultations and roleplay drills with Wellnessticians to build their confidence.
- Lead Oversight: Act as the primary floor resource for lead files, ensuring the staff executes daily follow-ups perfectly within Mindbody.
3. Marketing, Vibe, & Schedule Security
- Boots on the Ground: Own our physical community presence. Coordinate logistics, set up booths, and aggressively collect qualified lead data at 8–12 hours of local popup events weekly.

- Shift Integrity: Commit to running our high-value Sunday shift (9:30 AM – 2:00 PM) and act as the primary, reliable first fill-in for unexpected staff call-outs to protect studio hours (typically adding an additional 6 hours per week).
