What You'll Do
- Registered nurse will monitor patient condition and deliver individualized care with minimal supervision
- Registered Nurse will execute physician orders: administer meds, treatments, and follow-up
- Registered Nurse will document patient care accurately
- Registered Nurse will communicate changes and needs to physicians and care teams
- Registered Nurse will mentor and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants (if applicable)
- Registered Nurse will provide emergency care as needed
- Registered Nurse will educate patients and families on prevention and wellness
Schedule
- Variety of shifts available: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Holiday
- Position types: Part-Time, PRN/Per Diem
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in FL (or Compact)
- CPR certification and negative TB test/chest X-ray
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home health
- Reliable transportation (driver's license & auto insurance)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform essential physical tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
- (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required
