Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care.
- Administer esthetic laser treatments such as IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or other laser-based skin therapies to improve skin tone and texture.
- Conduct body waxing services and eyelash extension applications to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
- Provide professional product demos and recommend tailored skincare routines based on individual client needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas following industry guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and makeup applications that complement treatments and meet client goals.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and advanced skin care techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and product benefits.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all treatments.
- Experience with makeup application, nail care, deep tissue massage, and product demonstrations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing personalized attention to each client.
