Mandatory Requirements:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable security experience (strict requirement).
- Licensing: Current CA Guard Card and all relevant state permits.
- Proximity: Must reside within 30 miles of Los Angeles.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal, reliable vehicle.
- Presentation: Professional appearance is required; no tattoos visible above the collar.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute proactive foot patrols and perimeter surveillance.
- Operate advanced CCTV systems and manage strict access control protocols.
- Provide rapid, composed responses to alarms or emergency situations.
- Maintain detailed, professional-grade incident documentation.
